There are 3 versions of the AURA PRO Control Boxes for the AURA line.
1- AURA PRO V1 - compatible with all AURA lighting kit launched date 2018- 2021. Only able to connect to OPT7 APP. It is also label as VR7000 when first connect.
*Will work on Switched Fuse or Constant Fuse & does not auto connect into app.
2- AURA PRO V2 Interior, only for V2 Interior - launched date December 2021. Only able to connect to OPT7 CONNECT It is also label as VR9000 when first connect.
*Required to connect to Bluetooth and connect control box in app to turn on EVERY TIME for use.
3. AURA PRO Connect compatible with all AURA lighting kit - launched 2021 - Present (2022) - able to connect to OPT7 app and OPT7 Connect app as its cross compatible. However, we recommend OPT7 Connect so all your older pro control box is able to be on the same all. OPT7 CONNECT It is also label as VR8000 when first connect.
*Required to connect to Bluetooth and connect control box in app to turn on EVERY TIME for use.
Q: What's the color coordination on the control box for?

Q: If I have all different version of the control boxes, what app should I download?
A: You can use the OPT7 Connect app to control all 3 of the control boxes. It's important to note, VR9000 will only show the map navigation as this kit holds this feature only.
