Report:
One LED strip does not work properly or at all
Troubleshoot:
The LED strip not working properly could be attributed to a failed LED strip, extension cord and/or the connection leading off the control box
1- Identify and disconnect a working LED strip and extension cord combination
2- Disconnect the non-working LED strip and extension cord combination
TEST THE CONTROL BOX CONNECTION
3- Connect the working combination to the connection where the non-working combination was originally connected
If the working combination still works; the connection leading off the control box is working properly
If the working combination does not work; then the control box needs to be replaced
TEST THE LED STRIP & EXTENSION CORD
4- Connect the non-working LED strip and the working extension cord to the connection where the working combination was originally connected
If the non-working LED strip still does not work; the LED strip needs to be replaced
If the non-working LED strip lights up properly; the Extension Cord needs to be replaced
